Hexhold
Real-time hex strategy in one evening. Raid camps, claim land, outlast three rival lords.
Fields feed your hold. Riders raid bandit camps on their own and fly the loot home. Every hex you claim boosts or hurts its neighbours. At Town and again at City you pick a charter that locks out the alternatives.
Three rival lords grow alongside you. Once you become a City they band together in the Pact and march on your walls. Humble every one of them, or raise the Sun Spire before they break you.
One run takes 60–90 minutes. Win or lose, each of your first eight runs unlocks something new: units, maps, rival houses. After that the Ascension ladder takes you up through eight levels: the Usurper, the Long Winter, and finally the Ashen Crown and the true ending.
Features

In development. The web version stays free. Hexhold is being shaped by the people who play it, so after a run the game asks three quick questions. Please answer them, or leave a comment below.
